Responsibility: As the owner of my dog, I am solely responsible for my actions and the actions of my dog both during the consultation and in the future.

Liability: I hereby hold harmless Perfect Paws Behaviour Solutions, their agents, employees, and other individuals involved in providing the service, from any and all liability for any loss, damage, or injury to persons, animals, or property arising from or related to their actions, my pet, or my pet’s actions.

Commitment: To see improvement in my dog's behaviour, I understand following the advice given and implementing the behaviour plan is essential, making the necessary changes as advised.

Training Methods: Perfect Paws Behaviour Solutions uses modern, reward-based training methods and adheres to a "do no harm" philosophy. Punishment-based training methods are not recommended and will not be utilised by us to train your dog.

Initial Behaviour Service Bookings: The second consultation must be scheduled within 2-4 weeks of the initial consultation to ensure continuity and effectiveness of the behaviour plan. Clients who do not book their second consultation within 12 weeks of the initial consultation will void their entitlement to the second consultation. This policy is in place to ensure that the training and behaviour modification process is as effective as possible for you and your dog. We appreciate your understanding on this.

Cancellation Policy: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a consultation is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, a $75 cancellation fee will apply. ​
