Initial Behaviour Consultation (New Clients)
This service is for new clients seeking support with their puppy or adult dog’s behaviour or training challenges. Your first consultation is a 90-minute in-home visit where we take the time to assess your dog, understand your goals, and recommend the most appropriate training pathway moving forward.
During this session we will:
✔️ Collect a detailed history of your dog’s behaviour, background, and daily routine
✔️ Observe your dog in their home environment
✔️ Identify contributing factors and discuss underlying causes
✔️ Provide initial management and enrichment strategies tailored to your household
✔️ Recommend the most appropriate training package
Please note: This session is an assessment only. While you will receive practical advice and some immediate support strategies, this is not designed to “fix all problems in one session.” Behaviour change takes time, and progress happens through one of our structured training packages, which provide continuity and step-by-step guidance.

Training Packages
Following the initial consultation, clients can select a package with our guidance. We have packages for young puppies right up to adults.
🐶 Dogs (9 months and over)
Basic Package – 2 Sessions – $407*
Includes 2 x 1-hour consultations and a tailored training summary emailed after the first session. Best for focused support with one or two simple goals such as recall, jumping, or lead manners. Not suitable for complex issues like aggression, anxiety, or reactivity.
Basic Package – 3 Sessions – $569.25*
Includes 3 x 1-hour consultations and a tailored training plan emailed after the first session. Suitable for general manners training such as recall, leash walking, jumping on guests, chasing, or mild frustration/fear behaviours. Not suitable for moderate–severe behavioural concerns or for multiple complex issues.
Essential Package – 6 Sessions – $940.50*
Includes 6 x 1-hour consultations, a training plan with progress support, and optional discounted day training sessions or group classes. Ideal for multi-goal cases, moderate reactivity or anxiety, or more challenging behaviours such as chasing.
VIP Package – 10 Sessions – $1,655.50*
Includes 10 x 1-hour consultations, an evolving training and behaviour support plan, and unlimited email support throughout the program (within 10 months of the first consultation). Optional discounted day training sessions and group classes are available. This is the best option for complex cases such as anxiety, multiple behaviour concerns, or advanced training goals.
🐾 Puppies (under 9 months)
Puppy packages include a 10% discount on our regular training packages. These are designed to give you the best start with your new puppy and cover everything from manners and foundations to problem-solving early behaviours.
Puppy 2-Pack – $366.30*
Includes 2 x 1-hour sessions. Focuses on basic puppy training such as mouthing, toilet training, general manners, and early leash skills.
Puppy 4-Pack – $668.25*
Includes 4 x 1-hour sessions. Covers examples such as all of the above plus additional support taking training into real-world settings.
Puppy 6-Pack – $846.45*
Includes 6 x 1-hour sessions. A comprehensive package covering puppy foundations, manners, and personalised behaviour support to set you up for long-term success.
Important Information:
Results and progress vary between dogs and depend on guardian commitment to the training plan. In cases involving anxiety, aggression, or other significant behavioural concerns, referral to a veterinary behaviourist may be recommended as part of your dog’s ongoing care.

The initial consultation is always the first step, and during that session we’ll take the time to properly assess your dog, discuss your goals in detail, and recommend the most suitable package for your situation.
